BMC Service Desk Express 9.x: Boot Camp
The BMC Service Desk Express 9.x Partner Boot Camp provides an accelerated training experience designed exclusively for BMC Partner consultants.  Participants must have a working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft technologies, such as operating systems, networking, back office applications, and database technologies (both Microsoft and Oracle). Microsoft and Oracle certifications preferred.

Course Duration:10 days (no class on Saturday/Sunday)
