| This course is designed for intermediate users who are comfortable with the basics of the BMC CONTROL-M/Enterprise Manager product, but are ready to delve into advanced product features and customization. Approximately six months of experience using the product is assumed. Minor emphasis is placed on running CONTROL-M products on UNIX platforms, but generally this course is applicable to both UNIX and Microsoft Windows environments.
