Note: Students must have succesfully completed the ITIL V2 Foundation course. To be eligible to take the test and certify in this course, participants must have their ITIL® Foundation Certification present in class as proof.

Class lengths vary depending on the participants. Be aware that there is a significant amount of content in this course and the exam will not be administered until the end of the second day of training day. Please make travel arrangements accordingly.
