BMC Middleware Management - Service Oriented Architecture for Project Managers

This course is designed to introduce service oriented architecture concepts for effective management of SOA projects. This course will cover terminology and concepts for business analysts, managers, service partners, and project managers who are new to SOA and will be delivering projects in an SOA environment. Service management and business integration concepts are introduced for building Architectural Arches and help categorize SOA Domains. As common services are established, the Integrated Wheel House Project Life Cycle helps students to adapt software development integration successes to their own project methodology. The Wheel House Project Life Cycle approach provides an organized technical approach to assigning tasks and responsibilities to development teams that contributes to end-to-end business process delivery. The Wheel House is vital to every organization’s SOA planning and implementation efforts. No other course will provide you with these tools and templates for planning and executing a successful SOA project.

Recommended Prerequisites:
Basic understanding of the project complexities of managing application development project initiatives.
