| As messaging security issues continue to become more and more important in your enterprise, and WebSphere MQ continues to grow in the message security area, our BMC Software 2-day Workshop will provide you with the critical skills necessary to configure, manage and troubleshoot a WebSphere MQ (MQSeries) system. Object access, non-repudiation, privacy, integrity, and authorization issues are addressed. This workshop covers all of the distributed WebSphere MQ platforms including Windows, Solaris, AIX and HP-UX. All of the hands on exercises can be completed using a command interface into WebSphere MQ, which is reproducible, scriptable and universal to all operating systems.

They will learn how to configure channels to take advantage of the current implementation of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) in WebSphere MQ. They will learn about using API exits to provide true End-to-end security for application messages. They will also gain experience implementing security for a WebSphere MQ cluster and the special considerations attendant to a cluster environment.
