This course leads to an ITIL® Service Managers certification. The course gets into detailed process descriptions, practical implementation and improvement issues, organizational challenges in smooth IT Service Management and Delivery in a practical and case study oriented setting. Good spoken and written language skills - Speaking, presentation, empathy, meeting and teamwork skills are helpful. At least two years professional experience as manager or consultant in IT Management is recommended.
Note: To be able to take the test and get certified in this course, participants need to have their ITIL® Foundation Certifications present in class as a proof.
