BMC Service Desk Express 9.x: Administering - Part 1
In the BMC Service Desk Express 9.x: Administering – Part 1 course, students learn how to use, configure, and manage BMC Service Desk Express. Students will learn how to effectively navigate through BMC Service Desk Express (BMC SDE) and discover how to use the BMC SDE Customization Wizard, view and create basic Business Rules, configure Self Service Help Desk/Client Services, and use the System Administration tool to tailor the application to general and specific business needs.

Course Duration: 5 days


Recommended Prerequisites:

   Working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows user interface. Working knowledge of Internet Explorer. Basic understanding of relational database concepts is preferred, but not required.
