• On-site training at your location is customized according to your subscriptions and needs. The style is presentational or hands-on depending on the facilities available. Sessions typically run 1.5 hours in length.
• Online training via the web conferencing tool WebEx is customized according to your subscriptions and needs. Participants ask questions via online chat, teleconference or VoIP. Sessions typically run 1 or 1.5 hours in length.
• Online webinars are also offered via WebEx. Webinars typically run 1 hour in length and provide an introduction to a database or platform, or refresh your awareness with an update. The schedule provides Course Descriptions for webinars in English and other languages.
