Now with Kluwer Merger Check, an integrated workflow tool that leads you step-by-step through a clear set of questions and answers and allows you to identify jurisdictions in which a proposed transaction (merger, acquisition or full function joint venture) is subject to a notification obligation under national or supra-national concentration control regimes.

This 1-hour, instructor-led telephone training will provide an overview of the content and research capabilities within Kluwer Competition Law.

After attending a training, participants will be better able to:
  • Use Table of Contents to retrieve information on Antitrust, Mergers, State Aid as well as Special Sectors (Liberalisation, the Internal Market, Services and Goods, and Consumer Policy and the Environment), 25 Country Reports, Press Releases since January 2006, and What's New.
