This certification track prepares individuals to administrate, maintain, and update the Enterprise Knowledge Base (EKB).

Audience

Technical Administrators of the Enterprise Planning Knowledge Base needing a working knowledge of the EKB Structure and Facts data flow and server processing.

As a JDA certified Enterpise Planning Technical Administrator, you will be able to:

• Understand the schematics of EKB



• Gain knowledge of the architecture



• Maintain and update structures and data to support changing business needs



• Be able to run server processes



• Keep EKB current with upgrade paths
