Fulfillment Analyst I: Getting Started

You should be a certified Fulfillment Analyst (Level I) if you:

• Are responsible for interpreting and/or approving replenishment recommendations made by Fulfillment.

• Manage Buyers, Planners, Analysts, and other personnel who work in Fulfillment on a daily basis.

• Support Buyers, Planners, Analysts, and Managers in an IT or Technical capacity.

• Work in a larger Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) role within your organization.

• Simply want to increase your knowledge and get some hands-on experience in this key planning application

As a certified Fulfillment Analyst (Level I), you will be able to:

• Describe the key components of a Fulfillment time-phased replenishment plan.
  
  
• Describe how Fulfillment calculates projected on-hand and maintains safety stock inventory levels for your organization.
  
  
• Read and interpret a Fulfillment replenishment plan using the Plan Analysis page.
  
  
• Identify critical stock situations that need resolution, and investigate more deeply using Plan Analysis.
  
  
• Create Vehicle Loads that are constrained by on-hand supply and transportation mode capacity.
  
  
• Review and approve various types of replenishment recommendations made by Fulfillment.
