IKB Data Manager Specialist Certification

This learning track provides a basic understanding of the Data Manager component of Intactix Knowledge Base (IKB). You will learn to maximize your data as never before; quickly accessing, managing and maintaining Space Planning, Floor Planning, Efficient Item Assortment, store, and cluster data from one centralized location. You will then take advantage of this consolidated data for analysis through Data Manager’s extensive reporting capabilities.

You should be a JDA certified IKB Data Manager Specialist if you:

• Maintain product, planogram, floor plan, store and cluster relationships.
• Process changes globally across Intactix applications.
• Analyze consolidated Space Planning, Floor Planning, store, and cluster data.
• Are a new or current user of Data Manager and are familiar with either Space Planning or Floor Planning objects.

As a JDA certified IKB Data Manager Specialist, you will be able to:

• Understand database and IKB Data Manager fundamentals.
• Modify and add new objects.
• Group objects in a hierarchy.
• Create and utilize versions of objects.
• Interact with Space Planning and Floor Planning.
• Process global changes across multiple objects.
• Utilize reports, charts and printing.
