This track is designed to introduce the participant to JDA Collaborate and JDA Monitor applications. Participants will learn how the two applications help to achieve collaboration in a supply chain network.
Hands-on exercises and demonstrations by the instructor will provide emphasis on specific features and functionality of the solution. Participants will take the knowledge from the training and be able to start using JDA Collaborate & Monitor in their sales and operational planning tasks.
The course in this track includes the execution of a pilot business scenario.
After completing this track, you will be able to :
- Configure a collaborative environment internally and externally that allows you to share important time-phased data across various business sectors using JDA Collaborate.
- Create event and comparison business rules that generate exceptions within your planning data using JDA Monitor.
- Manage and resolve exceptions to potential planning issues in a more efficient manner.
- Perform various system setup functionalities such as creating Hierarchies and Calendars, and setting up Partnerships, Roles, and Users within JDA Collaborate as well as the Common Security Administration.
