The Professional Development Workshops provide attendees with an intense, in-depth, six-hour session on specific topic areas. Led by leaders in their respective fields, these interactive sessions consistently receive an average of 4.6 on a 5-point scale in the areas of value and applicability.
Our Sunday workshop offerings focus on two of the industry’s hottest topics: Web 2.0 and leadership development for management. Monday’s workshops cover a variety of areas that include customer support, customer satisfaction, knowledge management, and creating business value.
All sessions begin at 8 a.m., include lunch, and conclude at 2 p.m. The topics for these workshops were chosen based on overall feedback from our members. |
