How to Market Your Practice and Increase Revenues

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to: Explain what marketing is, and more importantly, what marketing isn’t, Understand marketing principles, practices, and specific tactics you can actually use, Understand why being strategic is the key and why preparation and up-front thinking is vital to successful marketing, Recognize  some of the things you are already doing and examine their effectiveness, Know what you need to have in place before you begin a marketing campaign, Understand how to calculate Return on Investment and how to set realistic measurements of success in the marketing arena, Implement some great tips on how to keep clients, once you have attracted them, Share your own best marketing tips with your peers (time permitting). 

Course Content:
While we are all comfortable working with numbers, to be successful, we know we must get beyond the spreadsheets and market our practices. How can we make it easier on ourselves?

It starts with a different way of thinking about marketing. Once we get that fundamentally understood, we can move on to developing a strategy, choosing tactics we are comfortable with, marketing our value and creating satisfied clients.

Marketing is about creating awareness, generating interest and inciting action for your valuable services. You are a solutions-provider for potential clients who need or desire what you have to offer. Marketing helps let them know you exist!

True marketing is not about hype. Unlike some products you purchase that do not meet expectations, you fulfill your promise of delivering quality service. You have substance.
Marketing starts with you having confidence in what you do and understanding that your services fill a need.
